Service & Scheduling
How often do you guys come to service?
We offer weekly service to ensure that your pool is always a safe and welcoming place for fun — that's 48 visits per year.
What is included in your weekly service plan?
We have options for your preferred level of service. Reference our Pool Service Plans page to decide what best fits your pool's needs.
Do I need pool service year round?
Yes. Even during cooler months, your pool requires regular maintenance to prevent algae growth, equipment issues, and to maintain optimal water quality.
Do I need to be home during service visits?
No. As long as we have access to your pool and equipment, we can complete the service and send you an update on your pool after each visit via email.
How do I schedule pool service?
Simply select an option on our Pool Service Plans page and we'll take it from there.
Water Chemistry & Water Quality
How do I know if my water chemistry is in balance?
Signs of unbalanced water chemistry include, but are not limited to: cloudy water, algae growth, strong chlorine odor, and skin irritation. Regular testing and professional maintenance can prevent these issues.
What should I do if my pool is green?
Contact us as soon as possible. A green pool is typically caused by algae growth from low sanitizer levels or poor circulation. We can diagnose the issue and perform the necessary treatment.
Equipment & Repairs
Do you provide pool equipment repairs?
Absolutely. We can diagnose and repair almost anything wrong with your equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, salt systems, pool vacuums, and more.
How often do I need a filter clean?
We recommend a filter cleaning service every 6 months. This may vary due to pool usage and debris level, which can lead to a filter clean being needed sooner.
How long should I run my pool pump?
We recommend 6-8 hours of run time for most applications, but this can vary due to equipment, pool size, and usage.
How can I make my equipment last longer?
Regular maintenance, proper water level and chemistry, routine inspections, and timely repairs significantly extend equipment life.
